11, 2001- *THREE* NEW COUSINS IN ONE DAY!!!
(This must be a record)
A special Cousin was delivered to Lisa and Tom Hughes named Nicole.
She weighed in at 6 lbs. 11 ozs. on Monday June 11, 2001. Mom and Dad
and Nicole are all doing fine.
TWINS were delivered to Bridget and Ted Hughes who will be known as
Kiernan and Shannon. Kiernan weighed in at 5lbs 9 oz and Shannon at
3lbs 7oz on June 11, 2001. The same day as Nicole. That's 3 new cousins
today!!! All are doing fine.
Congratulations to the Hughes Family!

17, 2001- A letter received from an "Original" Cousin to share
with you...
Dear Bill,
I'm the daughter of John and Jerome Hughes. John was the brother of
Stephen Hughes. My brother John grew up with Chick, Ray, Tom etc. after
my mother died. As you may know, my brother John died on February 10,
2001 in San Diego, California.
I live with my husband Paul Steng in Canaseraga NY which is45 miles
from Rochester. My son Charles is a Vice President of Verizon, living
in Dallas. His wife Cheryl is a Registered Nurse. Their daughter Alison
is completing her residency in heart surgery at Baylor. Their other
daughter Jodi operates a day care center near Fort Worth. Jodi has two
daughters, Ashlyn and Katlyn (ages 5 and 3 mos). My daughter Judy Wilson
is a Registered Nurse just South of Buffalo. Her husband Larry is a
music teacher. Their oldest daughter is finishing her Masters at University
at Buffalo in Social Work and another daughter Ashley is finishing HS
with the intent to attend Geneseo in Elementary Education. My daughter
Stephanie Smith is a Cert.Medical Office Assisstant in Richmond, VA.
Her jusband Bryan is a manager for Ukrops. Herdaughter, Jillian is a
finishing her second year at the University of Virginia. Her son Patrick
is entering James Madison University (VA) in the fall. My son John is
a Middle School teacher in Marion Ohio. John is happily single.
My husband is 84 and I am nearly 80 and I am one of the original cousins.

We send our love and best wishes to the entire Hughes Family and extended

24, 2001- First Cousin of the New Year

Stephen Hugh Fitzpatrick was born 1/23 at 3:22 pm weighing in at 7 pounds,
8 ounces! The proud parents are Sean & MaryAnn Fitzpatrick (daughter
of Stephen & Peggy Hughes).
January 23 , 2001 - Congratulations on your Engagement!
